Will my vote(s) be counted when the server is offline?
No, your vote(s) will not be counted when the server is offline. This is because the vote register system of our server will not be able to forward and listen to any incoming votes. Make sure when you vote the server is still online. The safest way to do so is to vote while you are playing in-game.


Why am I not able to vote in some of the vote sites?
Most of the vote sites are implementing some kind of rate limits to prevent possible exploits. 1 vote per IP per day is the most common restriction. If you have multiple users voting with the same IP (e.g. neighborhoods, computer shop, cyber cafe, public area, etc.), then most likely your votes will NOT be forwarded. Some vote sites might even blacklist IPs when they suspect that you are cheating. If your IP is blacklisted, then your votes will NOT be forwarded. Please note that, vote sites are third parties, which means we do not have any controls over them. To maintain a fair competition, we are not going to handle any technical problems such as missing votes during the contest.

​How do you determine the top voters?
The ranking in "/vote top" reflects the number of votes one has achieved in that month. Players who are able to get to the top 5 position of the leaderboard at the end of the month will be considered as the winners.


Do I have to register for joining the event?
No, No registration is needed. You just have to vote!


How do I claim my rewards?

Am I allowed to gift my rewards to others?

Can I use multiple accounts to join the contest?
Well, it depends. Technically speaking, it always works to use different devices (e.g. computer with broadband service, mobile phones with 3G/4G connection, etc.) with different IPs to vote for different accounts. However, we might remove you from the contest if we believe that you have seriously exploited the event with your account(s). In the end, we are the one who have all rights to determine the final result.


Can I keep my rewards so that I can claim them later?
Yes, of course! That's a smart decision! You can actually keep your rewards as long as you want! So, have no worries, because we will keep all the records for you. Again, please make your decision wisely.

Can I choose a combination of rewards?
Yes, you can freely choose any items or ranks from our online store as long as everything in total would not exceed the given values.​
