"You are already connected to this proxy"
Technical issues are the most commonly seen defects that would have stopped our players from connecting to our service. Constant disconnections and insanely high latency could be possibly caused by several incorrectly configured settings from the client-side or even from the network-side. We have, therefore, provided some quick solutions here attempting to tackle these commonly seen network issues in Minecraft. In this section, we are together trying to solve one of the most frequently reported issues: "You are already connected to this proxy".
This issue is believed to be a side-product of unstable connections between the client and the server. If you are having a ping spike, or an unknown network overload issue, there might exist a moment that the packet loss rate is too large (or the ping suddenly rise up to several hundreds or thousands milliseconds), causing abnormal disruption to the ongoing communication. Since the connection is forcibly closed in an exceptional way, the server might still consider you as online, leading to this issue. This issue, however, could be solved with the most simplest strategy by far: Waiting. You just have to wait for a few seconds before joining back. If you have some luck, you shall be able to come back within 10 seconds. Even in the worst case, it shall not take more than 5 minutes for the issue to resolve itself. You might also resort to the method of establishing a temporarily connection to one of our alternative gateways in Singapore and Malaysia to see if the problem persists. Please note that, you are only recommended to use our alternative IPs when you are having troubles connecting via "play.battleasya.com". Should you have any further concerns or difficulties, please feel free to contact us here.
